Almost the entire country is celebrating Holika Dahan today and Holi tomorrow. Today on Chhoti Holi people are giving messages to each other. But, the story is different in Bihar. Bihar government offices are open on Monday. The branch offices of banks and insurance companies under the Central Government located in Bihar will remain open tomorrow. The question is arising that if Holika Dahan is happening today, will it happen tomorrow or not? So, not as per the tradition of Bihar. Experts of Sanatan Dharma say that today is the time for Holika Dahan at around 11 o’clock. Almost half of the day tomorrow will be spent in the full moon. Therefore, as per Uday Tithi, Chaitra will arrive on 26th March. Bihar will actually play Holi on the same day.
You will have to work even on Holi.
According to the Bihar government calendar, March 25 is declared a holiday. This holiday is being shifted. At present this day has been made a working day. There is talk of holiday on 26th and 27th March. Bihar government staff are sad that they will have to work even on Holi. The letter has been issued by the Education Department. Incharges, Principals, Training Incharges, Clerks, Accountants, Operators have been given clear instructions to stay in the office for execution of pending works even after working hours and leave for their homes only after presenting all types of pending bills in the treasury.
